The Rust Game Place located in New Braunfels, Texas, provides deer processing services and manufactures a variety of specialty meats, jerkies, cheeses, etc. that are mesquite smoked.  Our product line includes Beef & Pork Dry Sausage, Beef Jerky, Old Style Beef Jerky, Turkey Jerky, Buck Sticks, Peppered Beef, Jalapeño Cheese Summer Sausage, Salami, Smoked Pork Hams, Smoked & Peppered Cheddar Cheese, Smoked & Peppered Jalapeño Cheese, and Smoked & Peppered Swiss Cheese.  Our goal is to provide the best quality products with sensational taste at a reasonable price while demonstrating exceptional customer service. 

The Rust Game Place, formerly The Game Place, was founded by Bubba Conran 10 years ago as a hobby in the back of his garage processing deer for family and friends.  Upon exceptional growth and popularity, the business was moved to Clear Springs located at the former Henke Ice House where additional focus was placed on the ‘house specialties’.  The business was purchased in August 2005 by Randy and Kay Rust and the name was changed to The Rust Game Place.   Randy has over thirty years of professional experience in the meat industry and is currently the president of Carlton’s Food Products.  An experienced hunter, Randy understands the entire hunting process from the spotting of the ‘prize possession’, to preparing the carcass and creating the final product to each customer’s personal satisfaction.  Many members of the Rust Family contribute to the success of The Rust Game Place with Trey Rust  providing additional day-to-day management of the facility.
